1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cckk platform and all services provided under it. In this document, "cckk", "platform" or "we" refers to the entity operating cckk, and "user", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on the platform.

By accessing the cckk website, creating an account, or using any gaming or betting service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other related rules.

3 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information when creating a cckk account is mandatory. Once registration is complete, the user is fully responsible for keeping the account secure.

3.1 Registration Information

• Full name, correct date of birth, and valid contact details must be provided.
• An active mobile number and email address are required for registration.
• The mobile number must be confirmed via OTP verification.
• Required documents must be submitted for the identity verification process.

3.2 Password and Security

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login details with anyone else.
• If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify cckk support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.3 Updating Information

Any changes to registered information (such as mobile number, email, or address) must be reported to cckk promptly. If a withdrawal or account verification is delayed due to outdated or incorrect information, the user bears responsibility.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

cckk supports transactions through Bangladesh's major mobile banking and financial services. All financial operations are handled through secure encryption.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and such transactions may be seized.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• The withdrawal account must match the account used for the deposit.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

cckk monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering. If a transaction appears suspicious, cckk may initiate additional verification and may suspend the transaction if necessary.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

cckk offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,200, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within its specified validity period.
• Bonuses may only be used on games or betting markets designated by cckk.
• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• cckk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The cckk VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier based on the net loss for that week. Users can move up to a higher tier based on their weekly activity.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• Odds displayed on cckk may change at any time; the odds at the time a bet is accepted are considered final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If a dispute arises over a result, cckk's decision is final.

6.2 Restrictions

• cckk may set a maximum limit on any bet.
• If unusual betting activity is identified, cckk may investigate and withhold payment.
• Any attempt to gain an advantage through match fixing or other dishonest means will result in permanent account closure.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

• Each casino game has its own rules and payout structure.
• In the event of a technical error, affected rounds may be voided.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming
